1 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Stunotes Premium subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew automatically.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
2 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our platform. If you are not satisfied with your Stunotes Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
Note: The 7-day guarantee applies only to new subscriptions and not to renewals. To claim a refund, please contact our support team within the 7-day window.
3 Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
- Requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Subscription renewals (unless an error occurred during billing).
4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
If you experience delays in receiving your refund after it has been processed on our end, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider.
